Outcomes:

Candidates who obtain the ISO/IEC20000 Consultants and Assessors certificate should be able to demonstrate knowledge and application of the ISO/IEC 20000 processes required to deliver quality IT services and to define the interfaces and dependencies with all other areas involved in the preparation, delivery and continuous improvement of IT services.

Course:

This is a three day course aimed at:

  • Consultants, Managers and Project Managers: involved in preparing and assisting organizations to achieve ISO/IEC20000 certification
Internal Auditors and Assessors: involved in auditing and assessing their own organizations progression towards ITSM readiness and to achieve ISO/IEC20000 certification and for those responsible for continual surveillance of ongoing compliance with the standard

ISO20000 Outline

Pre-requisites:

All delegates should hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, but it is not needed to attend this course. Additionally each delegate should have a minimum of one year experience managing or working with processes.
