What is the difference between ITILŪ V3 and ITIL V2?
ITILŪV3 is the much needed facelift that we have all been waiting for to improve upon the ITILŪV2 silo approach which has been around since the turn of the millennium. ITIL V3 is a lifecycle approach that aligns with the ISO/IEC 20000 IT Service Management and Quality processes. For those who have taken ITIL V2 courses or even V1, there is now a bridging course to update you with the differences between V3 and V2. By Dec 2008 ITIL V3 will completely replace V2.
